El Relax del Puerto

The apartment was spotlessly clean and is tastefully furnished. It has everything you need for your stay. The location is very close to the main strip with a small supermarket at the end of the road and a bigger one within a 10 minute walk. The apartment opens straight onto the smaller of two pools and there was always plenty of Dubliners. There was also an umbrella for shade if required. A lovely spot outside the apartment too for enjoying breakfast and two comfortable shades for lounging in the shade. The host was very easy to contact and responded promptly to any queries I had. Would thoroughly recommend .

Obviously the apartment is not serviced which is fine as there is a washing machine there which we used to freshen towels. The only small thing was we only had 2 towels and there was 3 of us but it wasn’t a major issue.

Está muy bien equipado (hasta sombrilla de playa y sillita), con acceso directo a la piscina, la terracita fuera es un plus, no muy lejano a la playa, supermercados y otros servicios y zona de ocio. Complejo muy, muy tranquilo, bastante cuidado, se respetan normas de convivencia. El anfitrión facilitó mucho las cosas, siempre atento a nuestros mensajes y flexible a nuestras necesidades en la medida de lo posible. Acceso fácil mediante instrucciones del propietario.

Si la ocupación es para más de dos personas, comentar el baño se encuentra al fondo y hay q pasar por el dormitorio para acceder a él, el dormitorio no está separado del salón cocina más q por una cortina y esto resta intimidad, para nosotros no fue el caso. Bastante caluroso, aunque tiene ventiladores de techo, el aire acondicionado es de pago con monedas, entiendo q se pretende controlar el gasto eléctrico pero es algo incómodo.

We stayed for Ironman Lanzarote so we wanted something close to the start, finish and event facilities so it fitted the bill perfectly. Close to the strip- 5 minute walk but far enough away to be really quiet. Communication from the owner was very good and they were helpful and sent detailed instructions. Apartment was very clean and had most things necessary for a week or more stay. Excellent supermarket within new shopping centre a short walk away. Many restaurants/ bars within short walk.

We found the bed a little small as we are used to a king size. You had to pay extra for air conditioning into a pay per use box - 1 euro got you about an hour. This was the only accommodation we have ever had to do this. 1 tea towel is not enough and we had to keep washing it. There were no beach / sunbeam towels provided which in all other apartments there had been. However we had a really nice time and did not let these minor things spoil the holiday.
