Clean modern and fantastically equipped apartment that is close to everything .

All perfect for us no complaints

Excellent location , opposite the SOCO shopping centre with a lift inside the car park to ground level Avenida de las Playas. A lovely modern apartment , well stocked and a bottle of water on arrival . Also some tea/coffee etc sachets , salt and pepper , washing up equipment and detergent for the washing machine , all things that are annoyingly missing in many holiday apartments . A short walk to the Biosfera and several bars and restaurants . 5 minutes walk to the beach . I would thoroughly recommend and would stay again .

There were only a few very minor suggestions I would make . UK TV channels . Remotes for the AC and TV batteries were flat ( I swopped them from another remote , so it wasn`t a problem ). Bin under sink too big , it pressed against the drain trap and the door wouldn`t shut fully . I would like to point out I didn`t report these as I didn`t think they impinged on our holiday and as the hosts were very quick to reply to any messages , I feel they would have attended to these.

Helle Wohnung, hell eingerichtet, Balkon, gute Lage, Guter und schneller Kontakt mit Vermieter. Er reagierte immer sofort.

Das Bad war etwas zu klein, Badunterschrank ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Geschirrhandtücher fehlten komplett,

Property was what we were expecting. It was a good location, with a short walk/downstairs to the main strip. We were 4 friends and apartment was big enough. Good communication from the hosts throughout the whole booking process.

We initially had a bit of bother getting the keys out the lock box and the door was difficult to open. The bathroom would flood when showering so don't put the shower on too strong. All the plumbing had come undone from underneath the kitchen sink so we didn't have that facility on our first day but the hosts sent someone to fix the following day.
