Location. Facilities.Wi-Fi ok.Good local bus service.Supermarket very close.Main town area only 10 minutes away. Airport only 30 minutes away by bus.Good communication with owner.

Excellent location, close to Old Town and New Town. Apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. Host left very accurate directions.

The balcony was amazing, I expected the pictures to make it look bigger than it was but they didn’t, it was lovely and huge!
Nothing really but a couple of suggestions for improvement would be better pillows and a more powerful shower.

The property was clean, lots of nice finishing touches decor wise. The balcony was lovely with 2 sun beds , 2 occasional chairs and table and a small dining table with 4 chairs . The balcony had the benefit of the sun from morning till around 5pm ( mid June ) The sea view was a bonus
The first point I would like to make is that we are not novices to Lanzarote.We have been coming here for over 30 years but this was a last minute booking
The apartment is in a rather dated , but clean, residential block . The apartments are over 3 floors. The block is on a busy road heading out of the old town to the "motorway" and as the bedroom is at the front it is quite noisy , ( not the owners fault but I wish I'd known)
Onto the apartment . Clearly a cheap as you can refurb. I am afraid I fell for the 10 star reviews and expected more. The kitchen is new and totally functional, although we didn't eat in. The bathroom .. the shower is dreadful . So small the shower head falls down and there is zero water if someone else in the block is using it. The washing machine was frankly disgusting, I did not want to put any of our clothes in there at all
The SECURITY ! ( bearing in mind this is not the best location in PDC , which we knew) The bedroom is backing into the communal balcony / hallway . The windows must be the original windows from when the apartment was built and wooden shutters outside but nothing to give us any confidence . The communal door was only locked a couple of times when we came back so anyone could walk in as there is no lock on the front gate . Why not??
No safe , although I don't think I would even have trusted that We took everything with us every time we went out
