Luxury Property close to Liverpool Street

Great location, comfy.

The place will definitively benefit from more kitchen supplies. Also, one window was broken- we cannot close it in one room - and nobody replied to my messages.

Etwas mehr Töpfe und Küchenausstattung wäre gut. Der Fernseher war nicht mit WLAN oder Kabel connected, aber Fernsehen haben wir auch nicht vermisst.

The apartment is modern, well laid out, and in a great location — very central, with easy access to transport, shops, and restaurants. It’s a convenient and comfortable space for families visiting London.

Unfortunately, we encountered several issues: a broken balcony door that couldn’t be closed, no clean towels (only wet ones in the washing machine), an empty soap dispenser, a broken wine fridge handle, and a TV with no antenna connection. We reported everything via the Booking.com chat on the first day, but received no reply during our entire stay — only a checkout message on the last day. This lack of communication significantly affected our experience.
