The reasonably quiet location. The host being in contact with clear, friendly advice. The cleanliness and good decoration. The few essentials in the kitchen cupboards left by previous guests, which I added to myself (I think this is good to encourage) The close proximity of Tesco & Sainsburys Express'.

I may have missed seeing a note of this when booking. I thought I was under the impression that it was a ground floor apartment. But I later discovered that I was on the third floor. If being given the third floor apartment it would be good to be warned at the time of booking about of the long, steep staircase, with steps which are shallow and not quite level. I am 62, strong and slim, and I managed my luggage up them, but to some people these may prove too great a challenge.

The location is ideal for work or tourists. We loved the fact that it was self contained as we were up early and returning late for work and this ment we didn't disturb anyone else. Check in and out was brilliant. Having a fridge was great as I have to keep my medication chilled and most hotel rooms in the UK don't include fridges. We were very happy with this studio and will use it again. Thanks for a great stay.

Over all this place is great, but to really take it to the next level especially in the summer months would be for the Veluxe windows to have blinds please. As the sun comes up at 04:30am and it wakes you up, after a few hours of getting in late from working (I know this situation is perhaps unique to us). A wall mounted bedside light would be very useful rather than having to get out of bed to turn the main light off please. I noticed a wall socket behind the bed so a fairly quick solution would be to purchase something from Ikea. Last but not least please could there be some tea spoons. Thank you for a great stay.
