The apartment is spacious, well located, and very quiet. It is close to everything, which makes it very convenient. The heating system works well.
There are a few areas that could be improved. For a six-day stay, providing only one set of towels was not enough. No dishwasher detergent was provided, and there was not enough liquid soap in the bathroom dispensers. It would be a nice touch to ensure these basic amenities are adequately stocked for guests.

O conforto e equipamentos do apartamento e a localização.
O apartamento fica em um andar abaixo onde o elevador não chega. Dificultou a chegada e saída com as malas.

The apartment is located in the heart of Siena, so everything is in 15 minutes walk. Quite conveniently, there are two restaurants in front (choose the osteria) and shops are five minutes away. The apartment is comfortable and has espresso machine with capsules (it has kitchen, but it would be crazy to cook for yourself in Tuscany:-). The only inconvenience is the parking which is 10-15 min away and cost 35 euros for 24 hours. There are free places to park during the night about 25 min away, but it doesn't make much sense. Hosts were kind and were willing to walk a extra mile for us (we forgot something in the apartment.
Except the parking, everything was OK.
