Recently renovated five bedroom house in West Kirby with amazing views over the Dee Estuary and North Wales.
There is a terrace at the front overlooking the Marine Lake, off-road parking and a courtyard garden with table and chairs at the rear.
The house is a short walk to many shops, pubs and restaurants and West Kirby railway station, for trains to Liverpool and Chester.
Royal Liverpool Golf Club is a five minute drive away and West Kirby beach and Marine Lake are on the doorstep.

What a wonderful, clean, fully equipped place to stay. If you need a lovely family reunion, celebration or just a break by the sea, this is THE place. Everything was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed every day, especially the fabulous hourly changing views. thank you

This property sits right on the promenade offering spectacular views across to Wales. The location is perfect for going out for a walk around the Marine Lake or just up the road to a variety of stores and restaurants. There is a train station not far away for easy trips to Liverpool or Chester. The accommodation is set out over 3 floors and has ample space to accommodate a family and is tastefully decorated in neutral tones creating a relaxed environment. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. There are two bathrooms, one large and one small, situated separate from the bedrooms making it ideal if travelling in a larger group. Lucy went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and we shall no doubt be staying there again on our return trip to the Wirral.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. It is a beautiful home everything was made to make you feel so comfortable! In a beautiful location we all enjoyed it so much! Lucy is a great host she was always accessible and answered any questions! We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent property in a fantastic place with sea and lake views. Extremely clean and well equipped with full range of appliances all with complete instructions. Good WiFi connection, satellite TV and air conditioning in some rooms.Amazing views. Comfortable rooms and clean bathrooms. Welcome gifts (bottles of wine, juice, cookies and crisps as also bottle of milk) were appreciated. Easy walk to shops, transport and cafes along with a supermarket close by.A glitch with hot water sorted out very quickly and Lucy responded rapidly to any questions.Better than 5* service. Recommended.
