The condo is centrally located and the perfect space for your Avila Beach stay. Tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings provide an atmosphere that exudes elegance. The street side and roof top deck provide plenty of room to enjoy the sunshine and ocean air.

Enter on the lower level with street and garage access. The junior suite bedroom is located on this level with a queen bed, twin sofa sleeper, and bathroom that boasts a tub / shower combo and heated floors. Guests will enjoy this space with their own smart TV. Make your way up to the second level and main living space with large living room and open floor plan. The well equipped kitchen will delight the culinary enthusiast in your group with large open counters and Viking appliances. The kitchen opens up to the street side deck creating an amazing indoor outdoor space to enjoy conversation and drinks while preparing your meals. A BBQ is conveniently located on this deck. The living room is tastefully furnished and a comfortable gathering spot. Located off of the living room is the master bedroom with a queen bed and large walk-in closet. This bathroom also has heated floors and a large walk-in shower. From the back balcony you can take the circular staircase up to the rooftop deck. My wife and I go to Avila about once a year and usually stay in a hotel in town. This time we had some family with us so we decided to stay in house. We were very happy with the location, communication, and overall layout of the house. It was perfect for the 4 of us. Would definitely recommend to others as well as stay here again!
