Pros :
- great location
- great value for money
- host is extremely friendly, welcoming, responsive and helpful with recommendations on what to do in town
- updated, comfortable and clean rooms
Cons:
- if your room is on the lower floor you will hear the footsteps of the people in rooms above you
- no breakfast on site

We were staying only one night in Dubrovnik on our way home and this was the perfect stop. Clean, beautifully decorated and surprisingly quiet for being in the center of everything. I know it was high season, but the only thing I would have loved was a bit more of an affordable price. Otherwise, delighted!!
