A/c worked great unlike the condo we had in Honolulu. Great location. Condo was clean and had almost everything we needed. Great restaurant just down the street (recommended in the information book in the condo).
The lockbox mounted on the wall outside our room (that we didn't have to use) had what looked like mold on top of it which was not very pleasant. We had to call for instructions on how to get in the condo. Also, we had a mouse visit us and ate through the plastic bag our bread was in. My husband tried to plug a hole he saw the mouse go into.

Great communication with owner. She was very easy to contact and was very accommodating, especially with storm conditions
Clean, well organized and stocked well. Only was missing a vegetable peeler
