Wonderful - they very thoughtfully supplied items we could of forgotten and/or use to make our trip better. From a first aid kit to hairspray and beach gear.

The screen door was loud and I forgot a couple of times which I’m sure annoyed the neighbors although they were really kind.

We just LOVE these apartments. They are well-located; about 5 minutes by car from central Kona and a 1 minute walk to the bus stop. A few restaurants and bars are nearby. This time, we stayed in unit 101. It is generously proportioned, with a large bedroom with a standard double bed, and a second alcove (was a balcony), that has been configured as a 2nd sleeping space, with 2 twin beds. The apartment is comfortably furnished, with a suitably squishy sofa. It has the best equipped kitchen I have had during my entire year of travels: full-size appliances, a great selection of useful pots and pans, baking trays, serving and mixing/storage bowls and all the utensils you need. Wifi worked great and the TV has streaming channels. The in-unit washer/dryer combo was a great bonus. There’s a selection of water sports equipment. And an assigned free parking space. Everything was very, very clean. Our host was warm and friendly, and responded quickly to questions. We had a GREAT stay and hope to return.

I would have liked a little more water pressure, tho it was never a problem per se.
