WRONG ADDRESS and cleaning issues

The location. The nice tv,sofa and flooring

You open up the microwave which is on top of the fridge and the top,inside is filthy. Extreme old baked food around one of the stove burners. No sheets for the bed. Bath towels were few and what was there was stained. Bed room AC failed. 2 days worked,4 days inoperative. The condo permit is 5 years old and all phone numbers went to a previous management company who managed it YEARS before. The address is completely WRONG. The true address is 76-6251 Ali Drive unit 343 Building 4. I have a feeling the owner has zero involvement in this unit and perhaps even has never been there. We spent 3.5 hours looking for this unit after a 9 hour flight,arriving in Kona,renting a strange vehicle and atruggling to find this unit in the dark I manage a condo complex at a ski resort with many airbnbs etc and own 2 myself. It looks as if the owner has spent significant $$$$$ on uogrades,but has neglected the little things .

It’s Hawaii. Don’t expext high level value for that price - it’s just OK. Relax and enjoy outdoors ;)

Don’t believe all high rate feedbacks - on check-in, there’s a conditional “present” of a chip wine bottle for a positive feedback. The unit is just OK.. some things may be concerning if you’re an experienced traveler especially in Europe and UAE - seeing disgusting front door and bathroom may be shocking. But the location is great and overall stay gives you good vacation experience after all. Enjoy your Hawaii time!
