The condo was spotless. The air conditioning worked very well, just follow the instructions! Gorgeous view from our balcony with stunning sunsets. Lots of nice towels and the kitchen was very well equipped.

The property is in a great location with a killer view and very nice pool/spa and outdoor grilling area! The condo was nice and clean but could use a bit of a refresh.

I gave a 4 star on description because it didn’t show or mention the very loud floor A/C units located in the living room and bedrooms. The condo is clean however, there is a cockroach problem. They sprayed while we were there which made it worse. Other than that, the view was amazing from the Lanai and it is within 2 miles of restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Robin's condo. It is well situated, being only a 10-minute walk from downtown Kailua-Kona. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the complex is well-maintained. The view from the lanai is fantastic. We loved watching the sunsets each evening!Robin is a great host. She responded quickly to our questions and provided helpful suggestions for things to see and do here in Kona.We highly recommend Robin's condo for your stay here on the big island of Hawaii.
