Maybe the wording has been changed by this time, but the listing said at the bottom that "due to the property's steep driveway, low-clearance vehicles or vehicles without four-wheel drive may have difficulty accessing the driveway." I do not feel at all that this description conveys the risk you are taking to possibly not be able to access the property. Our vehicle was a 2014 Honda Pilot with four-wheel drive and automatic traction control, and we were unable to even get 20 feet up the extremely steep small street that was still 1/2 mile from the property. We tried entering the drive from both directions, putting the vehicle in a lower gear, and having all our kids and myself get out of the car, and nothing worked. The entrance to the drive is on a two-lane, narrow road with no parking on the shoulder, and vehicles drive very fast. We put our family in a dangerous situation while we frantically tried to figure out if there was any possible way to make this stay work out. We even asked a business owner if we could park in front of his store and contemplated walking up the 1/2 mile drive with all our luggage because we wanted it to work. Eventually, we just had to leave and book another location at the last minute, which was very stressful and expensive. After we returned from our trip, I spoke to the owner of this property and he stated that this wasn't the first time this has happened to people, and that it was "probably our tires" and we could have tried to find another vehicle. We are going to be refunded our cleaning fee since we didn't even step foot in the property, but I haven't seen it come through yet. He said he was fine with me writing this review if it would help someone else who didn't want to take the risk of being in the same situation we found ourselves in. If I had been able to read a review like this, I would have known this property was not for us.
