Enjoy the sunset at OCEAN FRONT 1BR Apartment - pool on site!

Just about everything. Great location, ease of checking in and out and basically a feel at home type of environment.

The kitchen and living room area was just too warm. The living room portable AC unit is not adequate to cool the whole condo.

We especially loved the ocean view from the lanai, the comfy bed, and how anything we needed was there. The property was very well stocked.

There wasn’t a single thing not to like❣️

Location was great! The property was a little small, lacked proper cooker ware (I. E. non stick pan not functional) and AC was very loud and not efficient in living area. Also, having a few trash bags on site would be nice and replacing rusted trash can in bathroom and broken picture in living room would enhance aesthetics.

It was picked up but didn’t feel completely sanitary. In addition there was no broom and sheets were poor quality.

The complex was very nice. They had a very nice pool and the apartment, despite not being oceanfront, was in a good location. The apartment was well stocked with the essentials and easy to locate. The parking location was easy to find and directly across from the unit. My access information was provided to me early and I was able to access the apartment immediately upon arrival (which I love).

The living room was unbearably hot, even with the portable air conditioning unit running. A portion of this was due to the discharge hose being cracked as well as the hot air being discharged into a gap between the glass window and the window screen, which sent the hot air back in the unit. Lastly, the sliding glass door had trouble latching and I spent about a half hour trying to clean the track to assist with the door closing tighter. I gave up and slept in the suffering hot living room while my family slept in the sufficiently air conditioned bedroom in order to deter anyone from breaking in (the complex seems very safe, but you never know). It was miserable and I was able to finally get the sliding glass door locked the following morning. We didnt use the nice patio the rest of our stay. I reached out to management (late the first night) via the booking messaging system and never heard back..
