Having to check in at 4pm! Bed pillows were hard. Bathroom fan noisy. TV instructions incorrect.

The location was great and the facilities were good.
Walking up three flights of steep stairs with luggage, elderly and children was not good. It was soooo hot. There were two portable AC units (one in the bedrom and one n the living room) that were loud and one vent was broken. The portable AC unit in the living room did not cool the unit adequately so we tried not to stay in the room during the day at all. Also, it was unbearable to cook because the heat was increased significantly.
