About this house rental
Come stay in this beautifully decorated 1 BR & enjoy paradise only steps from the beach! Enjoy the Sunsets from the Lanai and relax to the Hawaiian trade winds. This 1 BR is perfect for you and your family to visit Kona. Stay across the street from the sandy beach and surf spot & enjoy a morning walk! You are minutes away from the main shops of Ali'i Drive making this space very convenient! We invite you and your family to relax in this 1 bedroom suited for up to 5 guests!
The space
- Our newly upgraded unit is the perfect place for our guests to enjoy and relax. Book now! :)
- 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed. The bedroom has fans and extra bedding in the closet. There is also a queen-size air mattress located in the closet.
- The living room has a pullout queen bed.
- The kitchen is located next to the living room, stocked with Keurig supplies, creamer & sugar. Water filter and ice maker. (no dishwasher)
- The bathroom is stocked with towels and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
- Equip with pack-n-play, high chair, and children's silverware, dishware for families with small children.
Other things to note:
- The property damage insurance deposit is paid upfront at the time of booking and is refunded after 14 days if no claim is filed.
- No smoking is allowed within the property. The only appropriate spot is along Ali'i Dr just off the property. Please note that violators are responsible for the fines.
- Notice to handicapped and elderly people: The unit has stairs only and doesn't have an elevator.

Host communicated very well. Place was perfectly located and nice and clean. Sofa bed was just OK for our adult kids. There was a super loud party going on next door the first night but it was nice and quiet the second night.

Clean unit in good location, pictures make place look a little better than in person. Owner very responsive when asking questions. Very friendly employees and residents.

This property was overall a decent place to stay. Pros: nice amount of space with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Functional washer and dryer. Lots of towels provided. Dishware and fridge available. Air conditioning unit in living room and in bedroom, able to make the condo pleasantly cool. Cons: main image is photoshopped to have a different view outside the window; the actual view outside the window is a building across the street. This is NOT on the first floor and it is NOT a freestanding house! It is a condo on the third floor of a multi-condo building and there is no elevator. Also, it can get noisy at night as it's open air and sometimes people have parties or drive loud vehicles outside. Overall, it was a fine place to stay, and it is indeed steps from the beach (can walk across the street to a pretty lava beachfront where I saw someone surfing).
