Knutson & Associates is proud to be representing Kona Bali Kai#204, an incredible DIRECT OCEANFRONT 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium in the Kona Bali Kai Development.
This spectacular property has an amazing lanai with incredible ocean breezes. Enjoy outdoor dining for 4 & 2 chaise lounge chairs for relaxation. The spacious lanai is very private and has views of the Banyan's Surf Break (one of the best surf spots on the Big Island)! Watch spinner dolphins, breaching whales (seasonally), amazingly breath-taking sunsets (year round) and keep an eye out for those mesmerizing "Green Flashes" as the sun sets below the horizon line! Turtles rest in tide pools along the shoreline - some even come up on land!
Enjoy the feeling of an open floor plan.. The Master Bedroom opens into the Living Room by Sliding Doors that can close off for privacy as necessary. Also enjoy the convenience of walking out to your incredible lanai from the Master Bedroom! AIR CONDITIONING WALL UNIT IN THE MASTER BEDROOM ONLY! King Sized Bed In the Master that has it's own private bathroom. Enjoy a walk-in shower in the master bathroom that has a hand-held shower head...a shower stool was installed as well! Marble Vanity Top.
The Living Room has comfortable furnishings, and indoor dining for 4 as well. A 29 inch television for entertainment in the Living Area.
The Guest bedroom has a comfortable Queen Sized Bed, and guests staying in this bedroom can access their own 2nd bathroom.
A solid vanity top with a chrome faucet was installed in the guest bath with a tub/shower combination.
The Kitchen: Fully equipped to have everything a renter could need on their Vacation.
Enjoy a new counter top and mosaic back splash and a granite composite sink with pull-down faucet with Turbo Spray. There's tile flooring from the entry, hallway into kitchen and into both bathrooms.
There's a stacked washer/dryer inside the unit for your use!

The ocean front view was amazing.The space was clean but had a bit of a musty smell when we arrived. This unit has a lot of potential, though it could benefit with some updates to make it feel more modern and inviting.

The location of the rental is perfect! The views are amazing from the condo. The condo itself leaves more to be desired. There has not been much upkeep. We got there late in the evening, the directions were not clear as to where to park. The parking area is under construction and you can currently only enter through the exit only. It would have been helpful if they let us know this ahead of time. When we got to the condo,the counters in the kitchen had little ants crawling everywhere, the fridge and other areas are rusted, an overall musty smell and the worst part the only ac unit wasn't working. We contacted both the owner and the condo management early the next morning. They stated due to the Ironman going on that day, they would not be able to get anyone out to look at it, even tho we were able to go in and out of the condo all day. They did finally come and replace it but 3 of our 5 night stay was w/o ac. It was very nice they had amenities like beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler for us to use. These all came in very handy for us. I would only recommend this to a friend if they understood the condo needs some work but the views are amazing and the location is ideal.
