The door was a little hard to open - like the door was sticky. Took a little while before we could get it opened, but finally it did open. We were happy with the unit once we got inside.

The condo was perfectly located between Kona and Keahou. We really appreciated the beach towels, umbrella and cooler. It was a comfortable space and the pool and Koi pond were amazing. Would return
Roosters crow at 4:00 a.m. This property is NOT part of Alii Villas it is located 1.2 miles away. The picture of the deck hides that there is a vacant lot with an encampment on it. They were quiet.

The pool area was lovely. It is close to a mini market and fruit stalls.
The beds were comfortable.
The air-conditioning system was extremely loud. It woke us up every time it came on at night.
The outlook from the balcony was onto a junkyard.
