Verandah, large comfortable lounge and dining table. Kitchen facilities
No air conditioning. Had to pay extra for linen and make up own beds. Stairs to unit, no lift

Location
Heating wasn’t great. Problem with the vertical blinds. The slats keep falling off Also that we had to make our own beds. You pay good money you expect to have everything already done

We loved the views and proximity to the marina, walks, cafes and shops.
The unit was a bit tired, only had one heater for the whole unit and many of the vertical blinds were broken.
