A fan in the room would have been excellent it is to hot in the rooms aircon doesn't reach them

Location was exceptional, parking was excellent, the apartment was good value for the week. Right on Nelson Bay and the view from the living room was stunning - beautiful sunsets and friendly lorikeets. Close proximity to Fingal Bay Parkrun, Irukandji Shark & Ray Encounter, Tomaree Aquatic Centre, Salamander Bay walks and dog beaches
The living room in the apartment was very small - you would struggle to have 5 people staying there. Whilst the aircon was a much needed feature (34-36 degree days when we were there), the owners/managers need to have the aircon filter cleaned as I developed Bronchitis during the short stay. The carpet was revolting and needs to be ripped up and replaced or lay floorboards.

views were great
small lounge room kitchen area. very outdated and could of benefited from a bit of TLC from the owner. wasn’t impressed that linen wasn’t provided as part of cost and paid more. having to bring our own cleaning products was a first for us and thought that was a bit much
