It had all useful amenities.
Still a bit pricey for the location in Middlesbrough since there were much cheaper hotels but of course apartments are more expensive.

Nice location close to the centre but peaceful, helpful host, no concerns. Everything went smoothly and I'm very happy with the stay, would definitely consider this next time I want to stay in Teesside. Clean and pleasant, comfortable, had everything you need packed into a space that feels bigger than it is.
The pillows could be better, but that's the single thing I can think could be improved

Location and facilities were spot on
I had an emergency and needed to leave after 1 week, of a proposed 7 week stay. When I requested a partial refund I was informed that all changes been to be made 5 days before I arrived l...tricky when it was an emergency after I arrived. I paid for 7 weeks and used it for 1...more communication would have been nice
