The location , character and decor.
The shower room is downstairs - off the kitchen. We soon got used to that though

Quiet location, equally sized bedrooms, outdoor space.
Parking described in listing as "on site parking", when it is actually "on street parking", with spaces very much at a premium. Not ideal for unloading luggage etc.
