About this house rental
Tucked away on a quiet private road, this cosy end-of-terrace home at Peel Court is a lovely little escape from the hustle and bustle. With peaceful surroundings, friendly neighbours, communal green space and plenty of parking, it’s an easy place to arrive, unpack and settle straight into.
The Space:
Inside, the bright open-plan living and dining area overlooks the communal gardens and gives you plenty of space for lazy breakfasts, laptop days and evenings with your feet firmly on the sofa. Just off the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to actually cook — or at least enough plates and wine glasses to make a takeaway look respectable.
Head upstairs and things get wonderfully cosy beneath the eaves. There are two comfortable bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements, which can be set up as two doubles or one double and twin beds. There’s also a bright family bathroom, plenty of hot water and all the everyday essentials taken care of.
A little heads-up before you arrive: this is a real home that has been lived in, not a pristine show home. You may spot the odd scuff, mark or imperfection here and there, but that’s part of being a proper home rather than a hotel suite. What it does have is everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you’re here for a few nights or a few months. Beds, kitchen equipment, Wi-Fi and the everyday essentials are all waiting — you just need to turn up with your suitcase.
Whether you’re travelling for work, relocating, bringing the family or simply need somewhere comfortable to call home for a while, Peel Court makes things refreshingly easy. Once your reservation is confirmed, Smarter Rent will ask for a copy of your ID and for you to sign our House Rules. After that, unpack the suitcase, find the kettle and make yourself at home.
