This place is right in the middle of everything you might want to do in the Back Bay, and in Boston generally. It's very comfortable and convenient. The Copley T station is close by, and there are many restaurants and shops all around. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. We definitely recommend this one!

The property was very well-located and easy to get to from the airport. It was also easy to get to the city centre and to the Common and river.
The property was a decent size, nicely laid out, decorated and was comfortable and the facilities were good. Having some miniature toiletries to hand was a nice touch!
However, it would be nice if there were more storage and some of the decorative pieces could be “sacrificed” for more practical solutions. Additionally, it would be beneficial to advertise that the sofa is actually a sofa bed, thus making the property more appealing to a wider audience.
The communication was challenging as the provision of access codes took some chasing. This was initially concerning as the stay had been paid for in advance. In addition, StayNue contacted us an unusual amount during the first 48 hours of our stay to try and organise work to fix some damp, which would have inconvenienced us and infringed on our privacy. This constant back and forth did not leave a good impression and somewhat annoyed us during our first days.
Additionally accessing the keybox is challenging if you are not 6ft tall. I had to “borrow” a chair from the cafe next door in order to reach the keybox.

Perfekte Lage für Boston. Bäckerei im selben Haus und gute Ausgangslage für Besichtigungstouren und Shopping. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt in der Newbury Street.
Für uns war es etwas zu viel persönliche Einrichtung. Sauberkeit war OK, aber das Apartment ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
