Great neighborhood- local restaurants were easy walking distance. Ceiling fan was nice to keep air flowing.
Noise from other units at all hours. No obvious fire escape instructions. This is a very small room but well equipped. Asked for early check in- didn’t get firm answer until too late to cancel. “ subject to availability “ before payment.

It has everything one needs to be comfortable for a short stay. The bathroom was super clean, nice warm water for showering in cold days (at least it was cold for me!), and very helpful staff.
It pains me to say it, but it had an absolutely terrible bed, one of the worst I've been on. I'm not picky when it comes to that, but the mattress was too soft so it was sagging. I appreciated that they provided lots of pillows, but I did not rest a lot, and it was much needed. If they can change that it would be the perfect accommodation (of course, with its obvious limitations: no elevators but this seems to be usual in these houses; small spaces).

Great location, easy to find, easy to communicate with
A lot of the things (floor, countertops) were a bit grimey. Generally it’s a small and loud place. We slept with earplugs (which they provided so that was nice). The bed is also so bouncy that if you sleep with two people in it as soon as one person moves the other wakes up. All of this would have been alright if it was not so pricy.
