We like the location and the decor, and the cleanliness.
I do not like the identification verification process. Other properties do not require it, so I don’t appreciate that this property requires it. Can be problematic if there are wifi issues.

Great location in the middle of Back Bay! perfect ambiance at the block

Great location
Apartment had a AC pipe issue and a very bad water leak from AC. We had to use multiple buckets to catch the water. We were told not to use AC.
We arrived an hour before 4pm check in time and unit was ready. The management team had to charge an additional fee for the hour before letting us in.

The location was amazing and the room was spacious and comfortable.
There was no option for luggage storage, which was only made clear a couple of days before the trip. This should be boldly stated on the listing.
