The location is just perfect, the apartment was great. The host was very clear and kind in all communications. The apartment had everything that was needed to be the full week there.
There are 3 stairs to get to the apartment. This might be a challenge for those with reduce mobility.

Location, responsive staff. Window AC units were effective.
Shabby. Bathroom was mostly clean but tub caulking was moldy and sink vanity and wall mirror were cheaply installed.

Premier location. Very quiet cozy apartment. Comfortable bed. Thoughtful amenities. A real gem for hearty folks who are able to overcome the access gauntlet.
The multi door timer auto-lock entrance to the building can be a surprising challenge for slow footed elderly folks carrying heavy bags. We were trapped inside the entrance alcove until we figured how to beat that pesky re-lock timer on the second door. Then comes the real fun. 4 flights of stairs with those aforementioned bags. Felt like our own personal episode of Geezer Survivor - Boston edition.

Great location for nearby conference centre, access to cafes and restaurants. Felt very safe
It would be difficult to access if mobility is impaired - the only way to access the 4th floor with suitcase is by staircase.
