Great location, very spacious, perfect for my family & 2yr old son. We hired a pool fence to keep him secure. The staff were great. Kadek the house keeper is amazing, so lovely and tentative to every need. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed, except for a toaster, but we requested one and 2 days later it was delivered.
The water dispenser didn’t provide very cold water, it seemed to be a very dated system. We stayed upstairs and the electricity would cut out at any random time, ie. overnight when we were sleeping it cut off therefor the air con did too so we woke up very hot. The electricity to the downstairs would also trip, and had to contact Kadek a lot for rectification.
