What was there not to like. AT first, we couldn't find the place, but as I was walking over to a shop close by, i noticed the room name on the outside of a door, and low and behold, there the place was. Used the code that was given to us and we walked right in. The place was immaculate. Lots of room even for 6 people. There were 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with 2 beds and a futon (floor mattress), so we split up boys and girls. Bathrooms were clean and there was a washer/dryer combo in which we desperately needed as we were nearing the end of our trip and HAD to wash some clothes. As for location, it is located a street away from the Hokan-ji Temple (Yasaka Pagoda) and a short walk through all the wonderful shopping areas around. Very traditional architecture, which is nice.

There was only 1 shower, so we had to take it in turn with 6 people. Other than that, there was nothing wrong with the place.

Well located and thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything we needed for this part of our trip. It offered the perfect balance between modern comfort and authentic Japanese charm. The cleanliness was truly exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. The apartment was also very spacious and finished to a very high standard, with excellent amenities throughout.

De locatie is geweldig, maar het huis zelf ook. Er staan 4 fijne bedden.

Met 4 personen is 1 bank wat krap. Wel knus.

Modern and well equipped. Best location.

Only constructive criticism would be to add more pillows (bigger and fluffier) and to seal the entrance so the cold air does not enter and make the heating more efficient.
