場所が良い トイレが3つある 眺めが良い お風呂が広い 早くにチェックインさせてもらえた 荷物を運んでもらえた 机を2階に運んでもらえた

3階にカーテンがないのでアイマスクなしでは朝寝られない 2階も朝はかなり眩しいと思われます ゴミの仕分けが必要とあったがゴミ箱は、それ用になっていない コーヒーなど宿泊日数プラス人数分あれば良いのにと思いました

Absolutamente todo

We loved the location. Perfectly located to the old Kyoto town withjn 4 minutes walk to Ninenzakka and Sannenzaka quaint streets for food and shopping and hidden tea gardens and beautiful shops. The layout of the machiya was also excellent. On the ground or first floor It had a wheelchair accessible tatami room with 3 single beds and it’s own shower and toilet. On the second floor there was another tatami room bright and sunny and facing the popular Yasaka pagoda a little in the distance. This can be set up as a room with a futon mattress or in our case used as a living/dining room (on the floor with a short table - which we requested from the hotel). This floor had a little kitchenette but only for making drinks and light meals using microwave. This floor had a bigger bathroom with clothes washer/dryer, bathtub/shower, outside wooden tub and toilet. On the third floor was the main bedroom with two single beds which we pushed together to make a bigger bed. It also had it’s own toilet, bathroom with stand tub and shower. This room had a lockable sliding door for privacy and a small balcony outside overlooking the old town. Very beautiful and scenic! The bathroom upstairs was a bit cold in winter and needed extra portable heating. All in all we would definitely love to return. All rooms had airconditioner and heater. Worked well.

The bathroom upstairs would have been nice and cooling in summer but super cold in winter. Of course was fine once you use the bath or shower but portable heater was definitely needed.

Niesamowicie podobała nam się lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko urokliwych atrakcji Gion.

Bardzo źle się poczuliśmy po upomnieniu przez gospodarza, że według sąsiadów "zbyt głośno" się zachowujemy, gdzie absolutnie nic takiego nie miało miejsca. Może mieliśmy pecha i trafiliśmy na zbyt wrażliwych sąsiadów, którzy nie lubią powrotów ze zwiedzania po 22 i korzystania w absolutnej ciszy z uroków lokalizacju, jednak popsuło nam to wrażenia z pobytu w tym lokalu i do końca pobytu staralyśmy się "chodzić na palcach", mimo że cały budynak mieliśmy przysłowowo do "swojej dyspozycji". Do Kyoto na pewno wrócimy, ale na pewno nie do tego lokalu.
