Moderní apartmán, výborně zařízený, možnost parkování v objektu, výhled na pěkný kostel. Bazén. Díky velké kuchyni a společnému prostoru vhodné i pro větší skupinu (nevyužito)
Snídaně sice dostatečná, ale z pečiva jen toustový chleba. Ve spojení pouze s jedním malým sendvičovačem (ani ne toustovačem) to znamená dlouhé čekání, než se dostanete na řadu. Snídaně se podává v místnosti za bazénem, která je poměrně strohá a nevybavená a kvůli tomu se tam hodně rozléhá hovor.
