A nice hotel to stay in Craiova

I especially liked the friendly staff who were always there to help you with a smiling face. Our room was large, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was big, clean and comfortable. We easily found a parking space outside the hotel. There was JUMBO and a big shopping centre nearby. It took only 10 minutes by car to reach the centre (the areas where Christmas markets are).

There wasn't an elevator but that wasn't a big deal - we were on the second floor.

Clean, chrome elements and mirrors were shining. Comfortable to sleep, cosy table to work. Nice personal. Not very new but nice furniture.

The worst breakfast I have ever had in hotels. I was given a plate with some slices of cheese and meat, two cold boiled eggs (presumably prepared the day before and put into fridge) …

Top-notch hotel with incredibly kind and customer-oriented people

Staying at Hotel Relax & Ballroom was a great experience, especially with the host's kindness. They were able to arrange a very late check-in around 2 a.m. The hotel entrance is secured by a locked door with an access code after midnight, so you just need to ring to get in. After getting the room card from the reception desk, it was straight to bed. What really made the stay exceptional was that they had left breakfast in the mini-bar for me to enjoy in my room whenever I woke up—a truly five-star touch. It's a top-notch place with warm, kind, and customer-oriented people.

Just a heads-up for late arrivals: some dogs from nearby commercial buildings might cause a bit of a nuisance.

wonderful place, wish it was closer to the center

I loved everything about the hotel itself. It's very new, spotless clean (even for my meticulous standards), spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good lighting, attention to the detail, etc. Breakfast was wonderful - since it's not a big hotel, there were prefixed options, but they were all big and delicious - see my photo. Lovely staff, ready to help. Soft towels and sheets, all branded.

The location. It's in an industrial zone in the outskirts of the town, so you def need a car. Or you could uber, which is very cheap there. But they have parking lot, not super big, but there were spaces, when we went. A hook for the towels would be nice too, but that's tiny.

Сантехніка оновлена. Сніданок смачний, замовлення по меню. Вибір сніданків досить різноманітний. Кава в готелі смачна)

Mic dejun foarte bun, exista cateva variante de meniuri din care se poate alege. Exista optiunea de a servi cina, un meniu destul de variat cu preparate delicioase. Camera spatioasa, curata.

Locurile de parcare aferente hotelului sunt destul de putine, dar exista suficient spatiu in zona, se poate parca langa trotuar, vis a vis de hotel.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel für jeden Zweck.

Das frühstück war sehr gut und Variabel. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hat viel komfort angeboten mit kleinen Kühlschrank und riesen großen gemütlichen Bett. Trotzt große Zimmergröße und Winterzeit es War abgenehm warm. Heißes Wasser fließt sofort nach dem Öffnen des Wasserhans im Baedezimmer. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Optimale freie Parkmöglichkeit.
