Great location and a lovely little property. We felt very safe and very comfortable. Great base to explore Carmel, Big Sur and the wider Monterey area..
There were a few bits we could have used in the kitchen that weren't there. Simple things like a cheese grater and a colander.

Absolutely loved the location and the terrace ocean view.
The carpet was dirty, with large soiled spots. I would suggest replacing the carpet, at least in the main living area with a clean, neat flooring that can be cleaned after each reservation. Also the metal track separating the carpet and tile near frig is loose and my son caught his toe on it. This needs to be repaired.
