The 1,665 sf, 3-bedroom, 2-bath residence is all-new construction by Hansen Hall design, with custom luxury features that include marble countertops, recessed lighting, radiant heating and a whole-house Sonos sound system. At the same time, it's offering the ambiance of eras past, with a vaulted ceiling with distressed wood beams, stacked stone fireplaces and porcelain wood-look flooring throughout.

“Ohana” is the Hawaiian word for family, and this is the perfect place for reconnecting with family and friends. Designed for indoor/outdoor living, the pet-friendly home is on a fully fenced lot with tall shrubs in the back for privacy. Adjacent to the backyard patio is a 207-square-foot detached game room, where youngsters can hang out and play video games or foosball.

The home, in a quiet neighborhood near Forest Hill Park, is just 4 blocks to town and a few minutes walk to the beach as well as fine dining, art galleries and shopping in downtown Carmel. It’s also just 10 minutes by car to world-class golfing and restaurants in Pebble Beach®, to Monarch butterfly sightings in Pacific Grove, or to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row. Other attractions within a half hour’s drive are the natural wonders of Big Sur and wine tasting and dining in Carmel Valley Village.

The heart of the home is a great room that includes living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room features a vaulted open beam ceiling and a stacked-stone gas fireplace, surrounded by cozy upholstered furniture, great for just hanging out or watching the 60-inch HDTV. In one corner is a game table that converts to a felt top as needed.

The kitchen features marble countertops and custom cabinetry, with high-end appliances that include a Fisher & Paykel refrigerator and an Italian-made gas stove, as well as a deep farmhouse sink and custom tile backsplash. The adjacent dining room features a table for 10.

French doors from both the kitchen and living room lead to the backyard patio, surrounded by trees and shrubs. A gourmet gas grill is available for backyard barbecues along with an outdoor dining table and string lights. There’s comfortable seating around the fire pit, and the detached game room can be found on the other side of the patio. Well-equipped for extended stays!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is located upstairs and it is the primary bedroom suite which features ocean views through the treetops easily seen from the California king bed. Completing this romantic setting are a gas fireplace, 46-inch HDTV, en suite bath with marble-topped vanity, shower with custom tile and walk-in closet.

Downstairs, Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #2 each have a queen bed and luxurious bedding.
The bathroom on this level has a marble-topped vanity, large mirror and two-person shower with custom tile and removable showerhead.

A stacked washer-dryer is in the hallway.

2 dedicated parking spots as well as street parking.

Small well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.
