Ocean Radiance is a beautifully refurbished coastal home, thoughtfully renovated just three years ago with exceptional attention to detail. Every finish, fixture, and furnishing has been selected to meet the expectations of the most discerning guests, blending comfort with understated elegance.
The living room centers around a dramatic floor-to-ceiling fireplace, framed by expansive windows that capture serene ocean views. Adjacent to the living space, the dining area comfortably seats eight—perfect for lingering meals after a day by the sea.
The gourmet kitchen is a dream for food lovers, featuring a Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, and wine cooler. Elegant stone countertops provide seating for three, and the kitchen is fully equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to special dinners.
The primary suite offers a private sanctuary, complete with its own fireplace and a luxurious, spa-like bathroom. A deep soaking tub invites relaxation and is perfectly suited for couples seeking a peaceful retreat.
Down the hall, a charming children’s bedroom includes a full-size bed on the lower bunk and a twin above—cozy and flexible for two or three young guests.
Upstairs, one of the home’s most beloved spaces awaits. Bathed in morning sunlight, this south-facing room opens to a private balcony with beautiful ocean views. It’s an ideal spot for morning coffee or afternoon wine as the sea breeze drifts by. A queen bed offers a front-row seat to the sights and sounds of the ocean, while an additional twin bed accommodates a younger guest when needed.

Looking for a shorter time frame? Note that local regulations do not allow owners to book more than one vacation rental in a 30 day period, and therefore VRBO requires a 30 day minimum rent. However, length of actual stay can be negotiated along with associated reduced rent amounts. Owners are happy to consider a one or two week period of actual occupancy with the remainder of the time available to owners for their personal use. This is perfectly legal and can be done.
