About this house rental
City of Carmel requires us to rent for a Minimum 30 Days, however, guests are not required to occupy house for entire time. We are a brief 5 minute walk to world famous restaurants, art galleries and shops in downtown Carmel and within walking distance to the beautiful white sand beaches/ocean of Carmel. Our lovely, 2 level home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (and add'l powder room), spacious living room, dining area, kitchen and comfortable family room area. Comcast TV service provided in the family room and all bedrooms (each bedroom has its' own television). Ethnic decor throughout the home is unique, interesting and well appointed. We have traveled all over the world and love meeting new people from all cultures.
Two decks provide scenic views of beautiful foliage and wildlife sightings (deer, birds, etc) off of the living room and one of the bedrooms. Large windows throughout allow natural light in, creating open and inviting spaces while still offering a sense of privacy. The long driveway provides ample parking for several vehicles. Available for your convenience is a 2 car portion of our 3 car garage (upon request) at no additional charge.

We spent 6weeks in this truly lovely house just a couple of blocks from town. The house was very big, and spotlessly clean. When you first walk in its a big “WOW” as you look down into a beautiful sitting room with french doors leading out to a patio among the trees. Then we went into the master bedroom' that was located to the right of the hallway and that wss another WOW”. The bedroom was huge and the bathroom so luxurious. The king bed was very very comfortable. Them we went down a few stairs into the Comfortable cozy TV room that was off of the kitchen which was fully stocked with all that you would need for a gourmet cook.(3 different coffe pots) Upstairs there was another master bedroom with luxurious bathroom, and another bedroom with bathroom. We felt like we were living in the country among the trees with beautiful foliage everywhere. The house had large windows so there was plenty of light. We highly recommend this rental.

First, let me just start with WOW! A beautiful property and a wonderful team are behind this vacation rental. I worked with a family that needed housing while their home was repaired and I cannot say enough about how amazing and accommodating each contact for this property was. They were willing to go above and beyond to assist and always made the family feel at home. Thank you times a million for everything. Words really cannot describe how wonderful these hosts and rental are.
