Spacious and close to trains and restaurants.
The showers were terrible.

Apartment was lovely spacious and bright. Very central and very clean
Both shower had poor water pressure and temperature control. There was a smell from the bins at main door as you enter the apartment block , which was not the fault of our host but it was unpleasant. Apart from that everything else was fine.

The host was gracious and kind. Easy access to the Rome train station. Beds were nice, decor was lovely, WiFi was strong, and apartment was clean.
The water pressure was quite low in both bathroom showers.
