La excelente ubicación, muy cerca de Termini y, por lo tanto tren, metro, bus, tranvía a 2 minutos. La comunicación con el staff a través de WSP fluida y muy completa.
Uno de los cuartos de baño no tenía suficiente presión de agua y nos fue imposible utilizarlo. En el tema enchufes, pocos y muchos inutilizados. En especial hay uno en cuarto de baño, cerca de lavabo, que está descolgado y es un peligro por posibles salpicaduras.

We didn't get this flat, the owner gave another flat, Onofrio property near Trestavera. We loved it to the core. The ancient interior design was very impressive. It was huge and spacious, enough to make 5 of us very comfortable. Also the location was excellent, we were very close to Vatican city.
The stairs. There are 2 flight of steep stairs that you have to take. Even before stairs there is an upslope. We were carrying huge luggages which made it very difficult.

Location
The bathroom facilities. Main shower head was spraying water from top and bottom of the head. Main shower not good. Pressure very low. Hot water was sporadic.
