All good
The location is rough. Homelessness and doesn’t feel safe. I guess typical for being next to a main train station. Was convenient for one night, but I wouldn’t make it a base for my Rome holiday

Lovely property inside, which had everything you needed for a short stay. I would recommend for 1-2 nights maximum if wanting to be close to the train station or tourists spots.
Hosts were lovely, allowed us to leave our bags from 11am which was helpful for us on an early flight into Rome meaning we could explore Rome before check in.
Unfortunately the outer building is extremly run down and a variety of individuals stand, sit and smoke outside the front entrance to the apartment block. This at times (especially at night) made us feel uncomfortable.
The door also doesnt get locked by everyone that enters and leaves the block which does pose a security risk.
Once inside the property the security to the apartment is excellent and we felt safe inside the property itself.

Room was a good size
Close to the station which is what we needed it for
Area isn’t the best in terms of safety / being comfortable around the public
Close to nice restaurants
Properly good for short stay (1/2 night) rather than longer
Although the property feels safe, there was no pictures of the outside so inside pictures are quite misleading
This is better for a 1 night for closeness to station rather than a long period of time

La habitación estaba bien, tenía los implementos necesarios para funcionar en el día a día. Estaba cerca del metro.
El gran problema es que el aire acondicionado no enfriaba la habitación (nosotros fuimos en verano). Siempre tuvimos al menos 28 grados dentro de la habitación. La ubicación es compleja puesto que hay mucho inmigrante (no sabemos si irregulares) deambulando por la zona. Por otro lado, la puerta del edificio no funcionaba bien, por lo tanto, no cerraba bien, y eso hacía vulnerable el edificio a que cualquier persona entrara.
