RENTER BEWARE!!!!!
RENTER BEWARE!!! There is nothing here to like. And you will be overcharged and not refunded.
First, The owner "forgot" to add the cleaning fee to the price so he had me cancel the original booking and rebook to include the 125 cleaning fee that he didn't add to the original booking. Ok, fine. When I rebooked, 2 min after canceling at owners request, the charge jumped by $155.00 on TOP of the $125.00 cleaning fee. I am still waiting for that refund. Driving up grass is overgrown, stray cats everywhere. Walking in the house, paint splatter all over floors. Kitchen cabinets still have dirty, rolled up near the handles, plastic on them. Furniture in living room picture was not even in the house, only 3 chairs at kitchen table, paint splatter on bed sheet, no curtain in front windows or door so everyone can see directly in, construction mud and paint in both bathroom showers. Dirty bathrooms. Could not secure backdoor lock from the inside. Broken glass and remodel debris when you walk out of the back door. And there are too many more issues to list. I have pictures to prove this. Booking.com has not helped at all with ANY of these issues. We booked a house for the family to stay at for a funeral and wound up leaving and staying at a hotel, which was another $350 we had to spend. Dont waste your money.
