Great beach location!Room is very dated!

Outdoor facilities and beach Reception was friendly and helpful.

Very Dated and dark . Sink was extremely low , a little bit higher than my knees No elevator. Room was clean but definitely needs an update!

Terrible. They are not prepared to receive guests. Period.

Arrived at 7:30 on a Friday to do the check in and the office was closed. We had to go to another hotel for the night for my family to sleep.

Location, location, location

The location is great and everyone on staff is super friendly and helpful.

The property and furnishings are old. I had trouble with a few things this time at the property. Toilet not flushing and TV not working. The staff is great and very helpful, but it took two attempts to get each fixed. I visit several times a year though and this is my go to place because it’s all about the location for me.

I will be returning in May!

I was just ther in May and I decided that this would be the perfect place to relax and have have peace of mind.Mr.Todd and his assitant very welcoming and polite.My family and I just loved the privacy of the beach which seems to be closer than 600 feet.I love to sit outside and listen to roaring of the waves. To walk on the beach and watch the sun rise over the horizon is amazing.Also this place is very quiet.

La ubicación delante mismo de la playa, parking en la puerta del apartamento. Zona tranquila y muy bien comunicada. Personal muy amable.

La atención de todas las personas involucradas, Gerente, secretaria, personal de aseo, excelente trato. Hicieron de mi estancia de 30 días, maravillosa. Volveré con absoluta seguridad.

Por mejorar, un poco la señal de internet, que a veces era un poco lenta.

Una delusione

La posizione dell’albergo è veramente bella di fronte la spiaggia, direttamente sull’Oceano Atlantico. Si può ammirare il sole che sorge al mattino e anche la sera al tramonto lo spettacolo è assicurato. Nel giardino c’è un grande barbecue che abbiamo usato 4 sere su 5.

Purtroppo ci sono anche alcuni aspetti negativi. Il primo giorno è caduta la cabina della doccia. Solo dopo aver segnalato più volte il problema, dopo tre giorni, é venuto un tecnico che ha sistemato il vetro (nei giorni in cui abbiamo avuto la cabina rotta, per fare una doccia normale abbiamo allagato il pavimento). Avevo prenotato su Booking.com con l’opzione “paga in struttura” in cui non viene richiesto alcun pagamento anticipato, ma l’intero importo è stato addebitato sulla carta di credito prima ancora del nostro arrivo. All’arrivo ho trovato diverse unghie tagliate (probabilmente di un precedente ospite) sul divano del soggiorno. La tenda del soggiorno non si chiudeva sufficientemente e quando eravamo a letto, i vicini che passavano ci potevano vedere. Infine, il mio posto auto era stato assegnato anche ad un altro ospite della struttura sicché ho dovuto lasciare la macchina che avevo noleggiato in una strada pubblica non adeguata. Non ho ricevuto alcuna soluzione e aiuto dal personale per risolvere questo problema, nonostante l’avessi segnalato subito. Probabilmente non torneremo più.

Prachtige ligging en uitzicht op duinen en zee. Met een eigen pad sta je direct op het strand. Heerlijk zwembadje voor de deur, een klein paradijsje !
