Private entrance 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo

The property was very clean. Location was great. Philip was a great host.

We have had a great stay at Philip’s property. The unit had enough beds to accommodate our family of 3 adults and 2 teenage boys. The unit has all necessary amenities like washer/dryer/dishwasher, as well as key kitchen appliances. There were 2 TV sets too and one of the game consoles (not sure which one as my boys don’t play). The location is very convenient if you have a car. It takes you only 10 min to reach the nearest beach or south inlet rocks which is an excellent fishing point with free access. Or 25 min if you prefer angle fishing from the pier (Boynton Inlet). Our boys’ trophies included such items as nurse shark, barracuda, moulet, parrot fish, palometa and lots of amberjacks and sergeants used as baits. Don’t waste your time on touristic spots like Deerfield Beach Int’l fishing pier or alike. They are unreasonably priced and are not as fun as the other spots mentioned There are some great beach parks nearby too: Lauderdale by the Sea, Boca Raton, Pompano beach and West Palm beach. The owner Philip is very nice person easy to deal with. Speaks Eng/Rus just in case. Net, it is a fairly good accommodation option for a family with children, for those who like active vacation and not very picky on minor things like top loader WM or some normal wear and tear of furniture etc. Don't consider this place in case your favorite places are in South Miami, since it would take you 50 min one way Thank you, Philip. We would stay once again when next time in Florida.

Clean/spacious/nicely updated. Phillip responded to our needs well. A sample of body wash/shampoo would've been appreciated since we had just gotten in from MI. & hadn't gone to store. The exteriors are in the process of being painted- long overdue & a great improvement. Close to stores, restaurants & beach- perfect location!🙂

We had a great stay at the apartment at the Deer Creek Raquet Club. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped with everything one needs, and more. The location was perfect for us….close to the beach, within walking distance to shopping and other amenities. The Raquet Club property is well maintained. The general Deer Creek neighborhood is delightful with a beautiful golf course, walking paths, and lots of people walking and cycling in the neighborhood. Phillip was a GREAT host….very friendly, responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

In fairness to Philip, he tried to accommodate us with a move to another unit, as the first unit was not at all as advertised, as the couch was so low it was unusable. Philip did move us the following day, but, the entire complex & bldings are I n remodel mode., as they are trying to upgrade and renovate , but, the area is not what we expected. We have photos to share of the cleanliness issues, of which we made Philip aware, and he appreciated the communication. He asked us to help him communicate this to the cleaning staff as well, which my wife did, but, it was not received very well by the cleaning staff. For the money, we were there for 14 days, total, the following was our outline of charges, So for the amount of money, cleaning fee, etc, . I feel that it was not even close to be a value and we actually cleaned our the unit we stayed in, it was a mess. Joe

The place itself is large and comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied, has a large eat in table. The living room/dining room is comfy with big couches, a large tv and a large dining table. The MBR is very comfortable. Great if you are planning on going to the beach which is quite close. No pool and no real porch to hang out on.

The space was clean and roomy. Interior was nice. Exterior was in need of painting. Linens could use an upgrade but overall it was a comfortable space that accommodated 5 adults and a baby.
