For rent a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with a private entrance on the 2nd floor of two story building in a very quite area on the border of Deerfield Beach & Boca Raton located right of Hillsboro Blvd & Powerline Rd. (1 mile west of I-95). Fully furnished, full kitchen, high speed internet, upgraded TV channel package. Master bathroom has a tub and the guest bathroom has a shower. There are two TVs, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. Front outside patio and back patio. Washer/dryer. Golf, tennis, gym, parking in front of the property. Right near food shopping area. 3.5 miles away from the beach. For rent weekly or monthly.

You get a bit nervous renting without first seeing your rental BUT Philip and his property were outstanding for us. I had a few questions before our move in date and Philip answered my questions very quickly. A few questions after our move in were also answered very quickly. I would highly recommend Philip and our apartment

Our family had a pleasant stay in Philip's condo in Deerfield Beach. It was clean, had all the necessary amenities, and was close to everything that you might want. It's a little dated, as can be seen in the pictures, but all my expectations were might. I would stay here again and recommend it without reservations.

We had a really nice time. The location is great for walks and shopping .The place was impeccable, very clean and well equipped with a stunning kitchen with all the tools to cook up a storm.

The property was nicely furnished and clean. A bit outdated but very comfortable. Phillip was easily accessible and easy to deal with. Would stay here again.

Firstly the owner phillip did not communicate with me to provide check in information. I messaged him the day before our arrival reminding him of this but he did not respond. I had to call him a few hours before our arrival to get this info. We also did not get the property that was advertised at the time we booked. There are several apartments owned by Phillip which is located in nearby buildings. This apartment is very dated and the 2 single beds my kids slept on was very uncomfortable. This is a downstairs apartment with glass sliding doors in the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. None of these doors had working locks. The owner placed a length of wood in the door track to hopefully pevent it from being opened by intruders. My my family was most disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was clean and had everything we needed even beach chairs. The condo location is great its not to far from the beach and there is all kinds of shopping near by. Philip was great to deal with and very easy to get in touch with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Deerfield Beach and hope to return soon! All rooms and living spaces are large and well appointed. Each room has it's own bathroom with plenty of privacy.
