Worst experience ever at a stay

A lot!my fiance was seen for mold exposure at the e.r and is still taking meds for respiratory infection from the ac in our unit or both AC units were broken up on arrival so loud we got no sleep the first night.thet replaced both units after she got sick we were told we had to use our mobile wifi to power the TV Internet connection so we used all our monthly data on top of a 1500 hospital bill plus scripts the staff was non existent as well as management it's absurd!!this location as well as staff is garbage!!!then they offer us a 92 dollar refund for compensation.wich is yet to be refunded 2 weeks later!lowkl has been great at other locations but this stay has me livid and feeling as if no one here gives a flying freak....Les n scratch

Disappointed on our third and final trip there

Shower water pressure

No curtains in the living room Air condition was loud and didn't cool the room Furniture was horrible no chair in the room couch was very uncomfortable and supposed to open up to a bed and it did not coffee table was basically repaired screwed together and was about to fall over. The living room window was flashing different colors all night long from the swimming pool and we could not block it because there was no curtains in the living room window. could not get into the room the electric door lock did not function and the lock box codes did not work had to stand there and call the office no people on site at the facility also stayed there two times previously and they allowed animals and this time they did not had to make arrangements for my animals because I made a non-refundable reservation and since we had stayed there twice before we assumed they took animals are other room that we stayed in twice before was 100 times better than this room we were in this time Requested a ground floor since my wife and I are both on disability and they put us on the second floor there is no elevator at this facility

Not worth the money. It’s better to spend a little more and get a nice place.

Was not very clean. They advertise washer in unit, it was a laundromat downstairs. The keyless entry rarely worked, and when I put in a ticket to fix it it took them almost a week. They also entered the apartment when they did not have my permission. I would not recommend this place nor would I stay here again.

It was exactly what we were looking for

Close to beach 2 story with pool

Was not cleaned well at all. Floors dirty bathroom and stained furniture needs replacement. Although they responded with sheets to cover the couch that was awfully stained the places needed to be cleaned. Staff on site spoke no English and could not communicate.

previously stayed at this same location/same unit in the past. I did not feel that it was adequately stocked. When I inquired about it, I was told that it is not a hotel. When I stayed before, dish towels were at least provided. I have pics to prove it. When you travel, you do not bring dish soap, extra towels, toilet paper, you expect for the price that you pay for these items to be included. Very disappointed in this unit.

Really great location, Lots of Upgrades, Nice Little Town, Great For Work or Vaca

Quiet, Steps to the Beach and Pier, Plenty of options to either cook or eat out, 30 min from airport and inter-miami futbol stadium, Not too far to Boca or Drive to Miami for the day, wifi good for working. Plenty of towels and cooking supplies. A lot of upgrades look like they have been done and are being done, no complaints really, very cute place. Was able to get a lot of work done, especially since the weather was so terrible and the living area was very comfortable.

There isn’t central air, and since the weather is very bad in Florida, the little air conditioner in the wall/window is not the best and it is very loud. Bathroom floor and shower hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned, but there were plenty of cleaning supplies, so i just swept and mopped the bathroom floor and cleaned the shower,

The location.

From the photos it looks much better and bigger. The sofa bed is tiny and super uncomfortable. And the shower needs bleaching or painting the tiles because it was so ugly. And I found it quite expensive compared to all the others we've stayed at. I don't recommend it for family.

We will NEVER stay at Lowki Property again.

I like the location of the property; its proximity to the beach and a variety of dining options. The kitchen facility is adequate. There is nothing more on a positive note that I can offer.

When we arrived; the unit had not been cleaned from the previous tenant. The unit only has a double bed that needs a new mattress. Swimming pool needs attention. No maid service during our 4 night stay. We arrived at Beachside Gardens at 12:30 am due to weather delay. When we called the Lowki Help Line, Robin arranged a hotel room at another facility, but suggested we walk the 4 miles to the 2nd facility (mind you, it was now 1am in an unfamiliar area, with luggage and I am over age 70 with a bad back... no offer to comp room for one night nor pay payment for transportation to new location and we had to return to Beachside Gardens the next day.)

Exceptional

Beachside Apts is a very nice place to stay in. It's clean inside and out. The unit I stayed in was very cozy with nice furniture and simple home decor that makes sense. It literally felt like it was my own apartment. Everything you need for the kitchen, livingroom, bathroom, and doing laundry is available. There's so much they offer you; it's hard to complain about anything. The pool was nice, and I saw it get cleaned more than once in the 5 nights of my stay. Now THAT is a very good thing! And so, I highly recommend this place and will use them again and again!

No breakfast Great location

Dead bugs in bathroom. Furniture worn. We were told the apt. had been fumigated recently, but somebody should have checked before we arrived. My wife refused to stay there, and we were forced to find a place to sleep. We ended up spending $234 more. We also spent a large amount of time on the phone arguing back and forth and sending pictures we had taken. It was very frustrating for us.

The room was great a little dirty but I cleaned it up. The outside by the pool was so so. After a day or Teo it was very dirty n the pool filthy I rarely used the poll. I either went to Club Lux to use their pool because i had a friend staying there or went to the beach. In June I stayed on club Lux and they had staff that kept the pool and the surrounding area around the pool clean. This property didn’t have not one person cleaning the pool or the area around the pool. Lots of roaches at night by the pool. At the other hotel we did not experience a roach problem at night and those things were HUGE!
