This desirable condo features a patio with direct view of the ocean, beach, heated pool and fishing pier. It is always professionally maintained and cleaned, and includes a Greeter to help you enjoy your vacation. The living room has sliding glass doors facing the ocean which opens onto a patio with seating. The floor plan allows for beautiful views of the ocean, beach, and pool. All this just steps from the beach, shops, restaurants, entertainment.

The property is great- the actual apartment needs upgrades in the bathrooms badly. With a refresh this place would be a 10/10.

Location was great. Off our porch was the pool and then a street and then the beach. Walking distance to retail and restaurants. Had some A/C issues but the host took care of them quickly. The condo could use some upgrading. It was nice to have the gated parking lot behind the building.

Stayed at this location several times. the views, location, the friendly maintenance is something you have to experience! Going back in October!!
