I rate this stay as a 2 in a 1 to 5 rating. For two reason. 1. Booked and paid a stay in their more expensive Deluxe unit. When I arrived I found I was place in the their less expensive unit . I then called Lowki about the problem. In the end , They did nothing to fix the problem. The would not move me into the apartment unit I paid for or refund me difference in the prices between the apartments for my stay, The also would not refund the difference in the apartment prices to the third party that I did the booking with. 2. The Sofa Bed in the apartment was terrible to sleep on. The springs and bars were felt easily on your back through the thin mattress. My recommendation is if you decide to book Lowki book the cheapest room they have and don't expect to sleep on the Sofa bed.

The community was quiet and well maintained. Also, it was located in a good area with access to many restaurants, groceries, stores and beaches. The only problem I had was the internet. However, after explaining the problem, the property did send someone on-site to check it for me. Overall it is a good, cozy and comfy property!

It was enough for what i needed. The only drawback was the quality of the WiFi. But this did not affect me too much as i wasn't around too much. If you plan on doing online work while here just be aware and plan for this.

Misadvertised as being in the town of Pompano Beach, it is not. That is why I booked it. The apartment while clean and fairly stocked, is a bit bare. Not worth the high $$$, and a completely nude resident was hanging around in the garden. Gasp! Not what what we signed up for.

Really nice, 70's-old-Florida vibe place updated and in very good condition, except a couple of delaminated floor tiles. We liked the location and the unit a lot. We (couple)stayed in the bedroom, our friend slept on a nice fold out sofa, everybody had personal space. We really liked the nirrored walls in the loving room. It looked very spacious. Near enough to the beach to be convenient. We would rent here again

Great location, near beach, shopping and restaurants. Easy to get to other areas, as well. Very clean, had everything we needed to cook and clean the apartment while there. Convenient laundry areas as well. Would definitely stay again. The only thing was the sofa bed was a little small for my sons in the unit, but thats because I didnt pay attention to the description. We made it work.

We found roaches running in the kitchen. The janitor came with a small bottle (like hairdressers use) to spray the floor and the counter. We found more roaches. We asked to be move to another building, Lowkl manager wrote a sms saying they were sorry for the roaches, but cannot do anything!! They blocked my phone but 3 persons kept sending différent messages. They reimbursed us but kept an amount for the cleaning and adm fees.

Clean and quiet. Convenient location. Close to shopping, dining. Communication with property owner was terrific. No negative issues arose. Highly recommend this property for relaxation. Parties not allowed and quiet required 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Worked great for us!

Firstly the property was not property cleaned. Communication with the property managers was extremely poor. The bed in apartment 104 that I stayed was propped up on boards. The sofa could not be used as it was extremely uncomfortable - almost broken down. I only stayed because It would be difficult for me to relocate. I will never use or recommend properties by LOWKL. SMH
