"It was very clean. We met the owners and their family. They were very welcoming and we had a great chat over coffee in the morning."

Une énorme maison rien que pour nous. Très propre. Les personnes qui gèrent la maison sont gentils et disponibles. Localisation parfaite pour rejoindre tortuguero le lendemain
Tout était parfait

The advantage of this house is that you have a whole house for yourself if it is not rented out to others as well. The house is close to La Pavone (the main port for going to Tortuguero).
-You don't rent the house. You only rent a room in the house. It is possible that there are others as well in the house. Then you need to share the bathroom and kitchen which is not so nice. -The kitchen has not been cleaned in years. it is filthy. -The swimming pool looks nice on the pictures, but in fact it is a very ugly above ground swimming pool. In my opinion this is a fraud. The owner is completely misleading potential renters. I am going to file a complaint at booking about this. See my attached picture.
