Clean and good location
The upper bed is a bit too low so people on the lower bed and hard stretch their back.

Great hostel in a decent area, about a 10mins walk to cafe’s/restaurants. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Was nice to have access to a large shared kitchen too - there is a shop just round the corner for groceries.

Staff was good and friendly. It was easy to communicate and they had a genuine interest in solving the issues and addressing our concerns.
1. No Heater in the unit. We had to suffer/sleep in the cold.
2. No proper water heater in the bathroom. There was a basic heater in the bathroom which will barely make the water warm.
3. We did not rent a car. We were in Casa A. To do laundry, we have to walk to the hostel to drop off the clothes for laundry, and later walk again to pickup the washed/dried clothes. What a pain
