Most enjoyable and comfortable stay....hope to return

The location was excellent for both access to the beach and the town centre. Off road parking was a bonus and the heating was easy to control which was a great help with us booking the accommodation in winter ( we had snow ).

It would have been nice to have a couple of bedside lamps and a lamp in the lounge. Also ( and this is very picky in what was a fantastically equipped kitchen considering how small it was ) we bought some ice cream and could have used an ice cream scoop. It froze very hard to use a desert spoon...I may have bent it lol....

Clean, excellent communication with host via email and info booklet, comfortable, fairly quiet area.

The info booklet was very helpful, with all the details for local area and the facilities inside the property!

Unfortunately the people staying in the property next door could be heard when they were loud, but otherwise no problems with the property. Would recommend and would visit again.

Had to leave a day early as the bed is very uncomfortable to hard for us. But may be perfect for others Also the key was hanging out of the keys safe when we arrived,

A clean and comfortable flat nearby to the beach in walking distance from the lovely town centre.

The flat was clean and practical, near to the beach and a lovely café for breakfast and coffee. It is within walking distance of the town and the very beautiful old Hunstanton.

The flat is overlooked by several other flats. The path to gain access to the next door flats is directly in front of the living room window and people can't help but look in as they walk by!

Had a really great three night stay

Excellent property, clean comfortable. Excellent facilities well equipped. A nice walk to Town we can all do with a bit of exercise. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Great communication from owner.

Exceeded our expectations

Wow! This property was amazing, very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen with decent size fridge, comfy sofa & armchair. Loads of little extras like board games, beach items, mini torches, a selection of paperback books, the basket of dog supplies, the washing line & pegs plus basic tea/coffee supplies, tea towels, oven gloves, so many little touches including the fab seaside themed decor, pictures etc. This is a very short distance from the beach & the footpath to Heacham so ideal for dog walks. Although this property literally has everything you need it could benefit from a small step stool as I struggled to reach some of the crockery on the top shelf (mugs) We literally couldn’t have picked anywhere better for our short break & will be back next year.

Brilliant reasonably-priced comfortable well located place to stay. Loved it.

I loved the superbly equipped accommodation. Especially appreceited the warm quilts as it gets very cold in this part of Norfolk. We'd have been very cold if the bedding hadn't been adequate. Everything was in brilliant condition and worked as it should. Without question this was the best appointed place I've stayed anywhere in the whole world. A big Thank You to everyone concerned and I would stay there again with pleasure! Had a lovely stay in Sunny Hunny!

We ran into a major problem upon arrival. We had NOT been given the Entry code. When we tried contacting Reception by phone we could not raise anyone. Even though we were using the correct phone number we kept getting a "Number no longer available" message. Neither I-phones or ordinary mobiles would work, neither would the computer. This should NOT happen. We were in a panic thinking we would have to go back home and our holiday was at risk of being ruined. Fortunately we were able to raise Booking.com and they were able to sort everything out. You need some kind of back up plan to make sure this never happens to anyone again.

Very nice place to stay in Hunstanton.

It's nice chalet with the very close access to beach. Very well equipped. Overall it was quite clean. Communication with the host is superb. Very close parking space (even two!).

A little bit cold in the bedrooms (nothing to worry much about, as you can simply turn up heating and leave doors to rooms opened). Little bit dirty under beds, sofa bed in lunge was not usable for sleeping (dirty sheet), but nothing very concerning.

Once the property warmed up, it was lovely. As seemed to be absolutely freezing on arrival and it made it quite uncomfortable for a while. But we’ll definitely be going back 🙂 Right next to the beach! We’re sea babies so this was extremely pleasant. We arrived in the late afternoon

Couldn’t get in at first but when speaking to the host, she was lovely and it was resolved quickly! Which was super pleasant. It needed a deep clean to be honest and was freezing on arrival which was a little unfortunate 💯
